Thank you for shopping with cheekyminds.com. We take pride in the quality of our products and want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. This Refund Policy explains the circumstances under which refunds may be granted and outlines our policy on returns, particularly for digital items and physical items.

1. Digital Products

Due to the nature of digital products (such as downloadable files, software, or eBooks), we do not offer refunds. After your purchase, the digital item is immediately accessible, and as such, we cannot accept returns or offer refunds unless:

  • The digital product you received is defective or not as described.
  • There is an issue with the download process or access to the product, and we are unable to resolve it.

If you experience any issues with your digital purchase, please contact us within 30 days of purchase at hello@cheekyminds.com with details of the issue. We will do our best to resolve it promptly.

2. Physical Products

We want you to be happy with your physical products. If your physical item arrives damaged or defective, we will accept a return and issue a refund or replacement under the following conditions:

  • Defective Items: If your item is damaged during shipping or arrives defective, please contact us within 72 hours receiving the item. You will need to provide proof of damage (such as photographs) and the original packaging if possible.
  • Return Process: To request a return for a damaged or defective physical item, please email us at hello@cheekyminds.com with your order number and a description of the issue. We may require you to send the item back to us, and we will cover return shipping costs if the return is due to our error (damaged or defective items). Original shipping charges and duties are ineligible for refund.
  • Refund or Replacement: We do not accept returns other than those listed above, cancellations or grant refunds. If a mistake was made on our behalf of our store, it will be taken care of in full by us.

3. Non-Refundable Items

For both digital and physical products, we do not accept returns or offer refunds for:

  • Digital Products: Once a digital product has been delivered and downloaded, it is considered final sale.
  • Customized or Personalized Items: Items that are made to order or personalized for you (e.g., custom prints, engravings, etc.) are non-returnable unless defective or damaged.
  • Sale or Clearance Items: Items marked as final sale or clearance may not be eligible for returns or refunds.

4. Refund Process

If a refund is issued (for a damaged or defective item), it will be processed to the original method of payment. Please allow 7 business days for the refund to appear in your account, depending on your payment method and bank processing times.
