Everything we create in our shop is custom made with love and each piece is carefully crafted using our own unique methods and lots of dedication that makes every single piece unique. Color and wood grain variations may occur due to lighting, wood grains, screen resolutions and type of wood. Due to the nature of the handmade process no two items are alike and differ ever so slightly from the image pictured.

RETURNS and EXCHANGES
We do not accept returns, cancellations or grant refunds. If a mistake was made on our behalf of our store, it will be taken care of in full by us.
We accept exchanges for an item of the same price however you must contact us within 72 hours from time of delivery based on the shipment tracking. The item must be returned in new condition and postmarked within 7 days of the delivery date. The buyer is responsible for all shipping fees (both ways) If the item is damaged when shipped back to us the buyer is responsible for the item if it is not insured.
